Currently I am looking for people having experience integrating Tandberg with avaya cm 3.1.2 over an isdn
bri connection. the isdn lines are working fine with
isdn telephones, but didn't working with tandberg system.The lines coming up too, bit i didn't see something elso on th etandberg system.

Hi, although I have no experiences with this setup, here are some remarks:
The AVAYA communication manager is US (Lucent) technology. Lucent ISDN circuit packs usually do not allow data and voice packet type by default. In the Lucent terminology, the ISDN packet type is called "bearer". ISDN phones work fine with "voice", while WAN links use "data". The reason for this bearing is the option to access different devices through the same number.

Lookout for BRI settings around the bearer and try to enable "data". Please note that today´s videocommunication devices use "data" bearer, not the "picturephone" type (a very German idea, as 2 types seemed to be enough for normal brains).

For further tips we should come in touch, as I need more info about your setup.
